Return and Refund Policy

NEXELIUM LLC sells digital books, guides, and resources. These products are supplied electronically, so no physical item needs to be returned.

Problems with your purchase

Contact contact@nexeliumllc.com if:

• Your purchased file is missing, damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
• You have not received access to your purchase.
• The content is materially different from its description.
• You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

Include your order reference and a description of the problem, if available. We will investigate and provide the remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law. This may include restoring access, replacing or correcting the content, a price reduction, or a refund.

For accidental duplicate orders, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. This courtesy window does not limit your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind requests

We do not offer an additional change-of-mind refund guarantee once digital access has begun. This does not affect any cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right provided by applicable law.

EU and EEA consumers

Where applicable, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right can end after supply begins only where you have expressly consented to early supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of your withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation.

Purchasing a product or accepting general terms alone does not waive your withdrawal right.

To exercise an available withdrawal right, send a clear statement to contact@nexeliumllc.com before the relevant deadline. You may also use any withdrawal function provided on our website.

Refund processing

For a valid statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal decision.

Where applicable digital-content law requires reimbursement following a price reduction or termination, we reimburse the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of your decision to invoke that remedy.

We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude rights relating to faulty, undelivered, or misdescribed digital content. Mandatory protections in your country remain applicable.
